Mechanic Downforce is a 1.7/1.8 solo Easy Demon created and published by ZenthicAlpha on 12 July 2014. It is the second level of Demon Pack 15.

Description

The level received design updates and a gameplay extension sometime around Update 1.8.

  • 0-14%: The level starts off at a cube, quickly turning mini with confusing game-play containing several fake jumps.
  • 14-26%: Afterwards the level enters a UFO portal where you avoid saw-blades with precise jumps. The section ends off with a corridor with text saying: “MECHANIC” “DOWNFORCE”.
  • 26-35%: The level then enters a ship portal where you fly between spike decorations and structures.
  • 35-44%: Up next you become a ball, switching between platforms with jump orbs whilst avoiding spikes and saw-blades.
  • 44-62%: The level enters a cube part with more disorienting game-play.
  • 62-69%: A brief ship interlude appears with the text “ZENTHIC”. Afterwards the player flies through circled spike decorations once again.
  • 69-74%: Then a simple ball part begins with orb jumps.
  • 74-90%: Next a long cube section starts with more confusing memory gameplay, you switch between mini portals halfway through.
  • 90-100%: Finally, the level enters a brief ball part before entering a ship section where you fly into switching gravity portals before ending with the text “ THANK YOU”.
