Red World Rebirth is a 2.0 Extreme Demon collaboration level by Hinds, Findexi, and Viprin, verified and published by Riot,[1] reborn from Red World by saRy and Neptune. Initially, saRy made the gameplay, Neptune made the original design, and Hinds, Findexi, and Viprin made the new design. It is known mainly for its tight spaces and crucial timings.

Description

  • 0-59%: Red World Rebirth begins with a difficult ball part featuring many very hard timings. Then, there is a long ship segment with some rather tight spaces, followed by a short cube segment with three triple-spike jumps, then a very hard mini-UFO sequence with numerous difficult spaces and excessive mashing. Then there is a ship segment that starts with a moderately tight space and many gravity portals, followed by a rather tight mini-ship at half speed with many hard-to-see sawblades. Afterwards, there is a very long, hard, and tight swing-copter sequence at normal speed, mainly focused on navigating tight spaces and avoiding clusters of sawblades.
  • 59-100%: Then, there is a very long ship part at half-speed that starts with a relatively tight short ship sequence, a long straight-fly segment, and then another ship part similar to the start of the lengthy ship sequence, but a lot longer, and with some memorisation required. Afterwards, there is a rather long swing-copter section and many tight spaces, followed by a very tight ship sequence. Then, the level displays 'Gameplay by SaRy and Neptune', 'Design by Hinds Findexi Viprin', and finally 'Verified by Riot', after which the level ends.

Gameplay

Trivia

  • Upon the creation of the modern Demonlist on Pointercrate on 4 January 2017, Red World Rebirth was placed at #12, above Artificial Ideology and below A Bizarre Phantasm.
    • Right after the official Demonlist was created, Red World Rebirth was the hardest level to use its Clubstep song. However, it was the second-hardest level to use an official song, behind Conical Depression.
  • TrusTa was the first player to beat Red World Rebirth. He beat it with around 2,300 attempts. Sunix later beat the level, with around the same number of attempts as TrusTa. Another player, Hawkfire7, beat it even more quickly, with only 1,537 attempts.[2]
  • This remake is slightly easier than the original or slightly harder than the original, depending on each player. While the ship parts are extremely buffed, the swing-copter parts are nerfed.
  • Technical had said that Red World Rebirth was not list-worthy.[verification needed]
  • Red World Rebirth was in EricVanWilderman's 12 Demons of Christmas 2020 series, as Demon #12.
  • The placement of Bass Cave on 21 January 2020 pushed Red World Rebirth into the Legacy List of the Demonlist.
