Platinum Adventure
Platinum Adventure is a 1.9/2.1 Easy Demon level by Jerry Bronze V. The level is considered one of the easiest Demons in the entire game, similarly to The Nightmare and THE LIGHTNING ROAD. It was initially a 1.9 level. Despite this, the creator updated the level to feature 2.0 gameplay and design, adding numerous moving objects and colourful effects.
Description
[edit | edit source]Platinum Adventure begins with a half-speed ship sequence featuring wide spaces, teleportation portals, and a few hazards, along with a normal-speed change halfway through. Next, the player enters a double-speed wave segment featuring pointed blocks and a constantly flashing background. After an awkward timing, the player enters a teleportation portal that leads to a double-speed ball section with some orbs.
Afterwards, the player enters a triple-speed UFO segment featuring numerous irritating moving obstacles. Another teleportation portal leads to a normal-speed robot with moving rainbow platforms, spikes and a couple of easy tricks. Then there is a somewhat easy half-speed ship sequence that contains moving 1.4 sawblades and glowing stars. The last teleportation portal leads to a simple cube section that features a few tricks and orbs.
Afterwards, the player transitions to a further easy double-speed mini-ball segment with a few hazards. Lastly, the player enters a final cube section with a few jumps and trolls. In addition, there is a cube section with lit-up blocks, one of which has a fading spike on top and an X decoration directly before it. There is then one more such spike located on top of the very last pillar, meaning that the player must fall to the bottom after landing on the second last pillar instead of jumping on top of the last one to complete the level.
User coins
[edit | edit source]Note: These user coins are unverified.
- The first coin is at 4% in the first ship sequence. To collect, the player needs to fly into a narrow space above the normal passage.
- Initially, the coin is at 1%, but if it is not collected, it automatically moves to 4%.
- The second coin is located at 20% during the wave segment. To collect it, the player must change their path by navigating upwards into an alternative passage instead of down into the normal route.
- It is initially at 14%, but it automatically moves through the use of a move trigger.
- The third and final coin is located at 98%, in the final cube section. To collect it, the player needs to jump from the very edge of the blocks.
Gameplay
[edit | edit source]Trivia
[edit | edit source]- After the 100,000 likes update, many people believed that Platinum Adventure had five user coins. In truth, it actually contains three user coins, as they are moving to another position where they are possible to obtain (since the first positions make them impossible or ridiculously difficult to obtain). For example, the first coin is extremely tough to obtain (though possible, contrary to popular belief) without crashing, but it will move to an easy-to-get position in the first ship sequence.
- Platinum Adventure is the first Demon that Noobas beat after his hacking confession (in Update 1.9).[1]
- Platinum Adventure was initially created and rated during Update 1.9. It was a Demon-worthy level. However, the creator later updated the level to auto. The next day, he updated the level to a semi-auto level, keeping the first half auto. In Update 2.0, he completely overhauled the level, rebuilding it with 2.0 objects and making it more visually detailed and easier to play.
- There is a bug at 50% where it is possible to skip the speed portal by entering the robot part from below.
- Platinum Adventure is the most-downloaded level to feature unverified coins.
