Anathema is a 2.1/2.2 Extreme Demon collaboration level hosted and published by nikrodox, co-hosted by ItsHybrid and verified by Whizkid05 on 20 November 2024. It is the fourth and final instalment of The Dedication Series and the sequel to Renevant. The level uses a rainbow color scheme and fast, flow gameplay throughout. Anathema was under development for six years from 2017 to 2023, during which it was cancelled by nikrodox, handed over to EternaswipVMAX, and finally revived by ItsHybrid.
Anathema was initially placed at #6 on the Demonlist, above Spectre and below Silent clubstep.

Gameplay
- 0-4% (Iris): The level starts off with a cube section in half-speed and a Low Detail Mode toggle trigger with a slope at the start and then a yellow pad that launches the player to a tight pink orb timing, and more tight orb timings and 4 blue orb timings to switch the gravity of the player to avoid hitting the spikes, and more tight orb timings before going to a short auto section where the player goes down and gets higher through some slopes and towards the next part of the level.
