Artemis 13 is a 2.2 Extreme Demon collaboration level hosted by mvngo, verified by Zoink and published on 9 September 2026.[1] It is a 1.9-styled level inspired by the likes of Astronaut 13, Acheron, MINUSdry, and UNKNOWN that unusually combines the Nine Circles effect with flow gameplay.
History
[edit | edit source]Artemis 13 began as a collaboration between suffixpoint and Hexy. Hexy created gameplay for parts such as the pre-drop ship, the second quarter of the drop, the fourth quarter of the drop, and the ending cube. Of these four gameplay segments, only the ending cube made it into the final level.
During his first stream of beating Snowbound on 15 July 2026, Zoink announced that he would be verifying Artemis 13, which was projected to be roughly Top 1-3 in difficulty.[2] suffixpoint, the level's host, allowed Zoink to alter the level however he wants, so Zoink most likely wanted to buff it to overtake Society, the current hardest Demon.
Right after quickly beating Snowbound on 18 July, Zoink tried playing Artemis 13 and also learning Ultra Paracosm by declan.[3]
Zoink shifted his full focus to Artemis 13 after finishing Ultra Paracosm, making his first major progress of 52-90%.[4] By the next stream, he achieved runs of 28%, 16-47%, 45-80%, and 68-100%.[5] He continued improving his runs each stream: 35%,[6] 41%, 32-74%,[7] 42%,[8] and 48%.[9] Eventually, he set a new best of 61% on 30 July,[10] followed by 66% on 3 August 2026.[11] On 5 August, he got a record run of 32-93%.[12] He set a new record run of 42-100% on 12 August.[13] Zoink got a new best of 70% on 15 August.[14] He improved his best to 72% on 21 August.[15]
Zoink would get on a streak of new bests, achieving 73% twice[16][17] and 79% by 27 August, making it his first attempt at the last cube.[18] That would later be updated to 82% due to a percentage update.
On 30 August 2026, Zoink said that Artemis 13 was likely Top 1. However, later that stream, suffixpoint, the host of Artemis 13, would be exposed for scamming, initially prompting Zoink to drop the level.[19][20] However, suffixpoint transferred ownership of the level to mvngo, leading to Zoink deciding to continue verifying the level; however, he would nerf the level's difficulty to supposedly around Top 5-10 and achieve a run of 86% that day.
After failing at 90% and 95%, Zoink verified Artemis 13 on 9 September 2026, claiming it was Top 3-5 in difficulty. However, the level was quickly placed at #1 on the Global Demonlist after multiple other opinions stated that the level was harder than Society and that the nerfs were not nearly as substantial as Zoink claimed.
