Silent Acropolis is an unverified 2.1/2.2 Extreme Demon mega-collaboration level hosted by Phantom7Ks and created by the members of The Purgatory, published on 18 October 2024. It is a redecorated version of the original 2.0 unnerfed version by Danmaster007 (itself a remake of Zobros' 1.9 Insane Demon Acropolis). The level features an art-based dark medieval castle theme and slightly altered gameplay from its predecessor. Like the original Acropolis, the entire level revolves around 1.9 gameplay mechanics at half speed. The decoration was completed during Update 2.1, receiving a small update in Update 2.2 before the level became an open verification.

Silent Acropolis was set to be the hardest level in the game, competing against numerous other upcoming levels. However, the level received a balance update in March 2026 that subsequently nerfed it. Despite that, the level is projected to be Top 1-5 in difficulty.

The current record runs are 99% by Hover.

Description

[edit | edit source]
  • 0-13%: Silent Acropolis begins with a dark night-themed outdoor half-speed cube section containing multiple gravity changes and tough orb timings. At around 5%, the player becomes a mini-ship to transition 'into' the castle of the level before entering as a cube. Another mini portal appears at 10% before transitioning to the next part.
  • 13-21%: The player enters an invisible normal-size portal and ball portal before almost immediately entering a blue orb spam and another mini portal at 17%—multiple candles and skulls flash on and off, lighting the corridor. The player enters a normal-sized portal with many tight ball timings and transitions to the next part.
  • 21-28%: The part starts with a dark normal gravity mini-ship section with multiple spike balls and stone structures that bump up and down to the song's beat. This section also consists of numerous difficult mini-ship straight-fly segments and timed ascensions and descensions between bloody spikes. The ship's gravity constantly changes, adding to the difficulty, and teleport portals appear at certain points.
  • 28-36%: The ship transitions into a normal-sized cube dual to enter the drop with an extremely difficult micro click to start. Moss and vines can be seen with many broken pieces of stone, indicating a broken-down section of the castle. The dual then transitions into a singular cube part that turns into a ball and a mini-ball. After which, the player turns into an upside-down mini-cube, transitioning to the next part.
  • 36-43%: Another ship part with the same spike balls but fewer moving objects and gravity switches. Another distinguishing feature of this part is a view of a castle in the background, which continues onwards. Orbs are prominent in this part, almost as frequently as the gravity portals. Candles continue to light the area, along with banners, statues, and other medieval decor that fill in many parts. A tree and many vines can be seen near the end of this section.
  • 43-51%: A mini-UFO part with slight spam in some sections occupies this section. Many different light sources illuminate the area, including the candles from earlier parts of the level, as well as torches, lanterns, and chandeliers. Some of these chandeliers fall after the player passes them, making fires and shaking the screen. Halos of fire with a symbol of a star also resonate from some of the already existing fires, which disappear before the player reaches them. Curtains, gates, statues, and spike balls are common in this section. A short yet tight pink orb corridor signals the end of the part.
  • 51-57%: A shining pink orb leads to the start of a mini-ball blue orb spam before the player must perform many clicks to travel from the ceiling to the floor and then to a tight mini-ship straight-fly corridor. The mini-ship is seen through a window, while rain appears on the other side. The player's ship and the cube inside it flash back and forth between the player's skeleton and the player itself.
  • 57-66%: The player enters a cube section where they are almost immediately turned into a normal-sized cube. Small spikes, which, when combined, make harder and more precise jumps, are present throughout this part. At a certain point, the gameplay heavily features invisible ball and cube portals, with each click alternating between the two game-modes with no orbs present. Many towers of the castle are shown in the background, hidden out of view when entering the next part.
  • 66-83%: The final gameplay section consists of a wave part that fluctuates frequently between a mini-wave and a normal wave. Many spike balls and tight, dungeon-like corridors are in this area, making this final part of the gameplay extremely difficult. Crystals, paintings, spiderwebs, rocks, candles, mossy rocks, and a large spider can all be seen in this section. The final part ends with a mini-wave spam to a yellow light at the end of the corridor. The screen flashes white before entering the end screen.
  • 83-100%: The end-screen features a rainy night with the castle far in the background and a waxing crescent moon in the top right. A statue whose eye periodically flashes white light takes up a large portion of the left side of the screen while the credits play on the right. The camera then pans to the right and fades to black, revealing the final screen, featuring the host (Phantom7ks), The Purgatory, and the verifier, which all disappear and reappear at certain intervals. This screen quickly inverts colour three times, and then turns to complete darkness on the fourth flash. The level has a final message at the top of the screen, after turning black, that reads 'The Purgatory Supremacy'.
