nSwish
nSwish is an American player. During the 2019-2020 era, they[Notes 1] were considered by many to be the best player in the game, as they became the first player to have ever completed the entire Top 75 hardest Demons on the Demonlist following their completion of Fabrication on 9 September 2020. nSwish also verified Black Lung X, a Main List challenge on the Challenge List.
nSwish was the fifth person to have completed the Top 10 Demons (at the time), consisting of Bloodlust, Spacial Rend, Plasma Pulse Finale, Gamma, Sonic Wave, Yatagarasu, Erebus, Devil Vortex, ZAPHKIEL, and Celestial Force. They would go on to complete the Top 10 several more times during 2019 and 2020 before they lost that achievement with the addition of Cold Sweat (#7 at the time) on 21 September 2020.
nSwish's current Top 10 hardest Extreme Demon completions are Sonic Wave Infinity, Tartarus, The Golden, Kenos, Fragile, chrome hearts, Hard Machine, Zodiac, Promethean, and Thinking Space.
History
[edit | edit source]Rise
[edit | edit source]nSwish achieved the feat of completing the Top 25 Demons on the Demonlist after their victory over The Yandere on 15 September 2019, which was #25 at the time. They later lost this accomplishment when Macabre was added, but they completed it within a few days.
On 30 March 2020, nSwish beat Tartarus, formerly the #1 Demon on the Demonlist.[1] They then proceeded to verify The Golden on 18 April, which overtook Tartarus as the #1 Demon in the game for a few months until Tartarus was placed back at the #1 spot.
By 9 June 2020, nSwish had completed all the Top 35 Demons on the Demonlist with their completion of Spectrum Cyclone (#26 at the time). They became the first person to complete the Top 50 Demons after Wasureta (which they had previously beaten) was added to the Demonlist, and the sole remaining level that they had not completed, Factory Realm X, was pushed to #51. They later had to overcome their losses in the Top 50 with the addition of Molten Gear and Edge of the Blade (#45 and #37 at the time), but they made quick work of them and rebeat the Top 50.
After they completed the Main List, nSwish took a break from Geometry Dash, uploading very little content but no level completions or substantial level progress. However, they returned most notably with their completion of The Rupture (#6 at the time) and a recoloured completion of D, a Challenge List level by Bo. They had also completed some Shitty levels on the Shitty list and uploaded random non-Geometry Dash content.
On 16 September 2021, nSwish uploaded a video titled 'my GD career has just begun' with their completion of Omega Interface, stating, 'No one is ever taking my number one spot. Ever.' However, just 34 days later, RG completed Calamity, earning enough points to pass nSwish and become #1.
Completion of Main List
[edit | edit source]On 9 September 2020, nSwish became the first player in the game's history to complete the entire Main List (Top 75 Extreme Demons)[2] with the completion of Fabrication (#63 at the time).[3] This feat was a momentous occasion, so much so that the Demonlist Twitter account tweeted a congratulations message to nSwish.[4]
Besides nSwish, the best players at the time, such as Technical (#2) and RG (#3), had only beaten around 40 Main List Demons, while nSwish had beaten almost 20 more, including a multitude of Extended List and Legacy List Demons. They lost this title 12 days later with the addition of Cold Sweat (#7 at the time).
nSwish was not originally planning to beat the entire Main List due to their dislike of trying to complete Killbot, the hardest memory Demon in the game, according to the Demonlist. However, on 4 August 2020, they streamed themselves playing npesta's Extreme Demon Roulette for nearly five hours. During this stream, they had to complete 32% of the memory Extreme Demon, super probably level, which motivated them to beat the level the following week. Their completion may have made them reconsider their decision not to beat the other memory Demon, Killbot, as they completed the level on 13 August, allowing them to continue their streak on the Main List. They stated in a comment on their Killbot video that they thought Killbot was significantly easier than super probably level and that they had learned the whole level within four hours.
On their Twitter account, nSwish stated that they had beaten Cold Sweat but accidentally recorded Minecraft instead of Geometry Dash.[5] It is unknown whether this is true since nSwish had started to become less active in the game. After completing the levels Aesthetic and Fabrication, nSwish began uploading weekly Minecraft videos to their channel. After they completed Fabrication, they did not upload any more Geometry Dash completions. However, just weeks later, they uploaded them only partially. They stated that their channel would only focus on uploading their old layouts and occasional random videos.[6] Despite this, they rarely uploaded Geometry Dash content during that time.
Return during mid-December 2021
[edit | edit source]On 13 December 2021, nSwish seemingly returned to Geometry Dash and uploaded a stream of them playing Firework.[7] After that stream, they started to stream every day, playing levels such as Firework, Crimson Planet,[8] and Trueffet,[9] and beating levels like Mystic.
On 23 December 2021, nSwish began playing the newly verified New Record, becoming the first victor on Christmas Day, 25 December.[10]
On 2 January 2022, nSwish began playing the newly verified Sakupen Circles, achieving a 46% record. During the year, they played the level on and off, seemingly wanting to beat it. They achieved 51%.[11] If they completed it, Sakupen Circles would have been their hardest achievement at the time, as more than two years earlier, they beat Tartarus on 30 March 2020, which remained their hardest Demon at this time.
However, in a turn of events, on 2 June 2022, nSwish beat Hard Machine, making it their first completion of a Top-10 difficulty level in almost two years, as well as officially making it their new hardest Demon. However, they believed the level is between Kenos and Zodiac in difficulty. Ironically, Hard Machine was moved above Tartarus the day after nSwish's completion.
nSwish also beat Promethean in 14,851 attempts four days later. Their completion gave them enough points to return to the Top 10 in the Individual Stats Viewer, surpassing SnowBallerr.
At the end of June 2022, nSwish started playing an upcoming Top-5 difficulty open verification level named walter white, verified by iIiLaseriIi on a Top-15 difficulty version shortly after. They only managed to reach 84% for the time being. At one point, nSwish was also attempting beat arcturus, which they only achieved 78%. Both walter white and arcturus would be their hardest completion if they were to beat either at this point.
Departure
[edit | edit source]On 23 September 2023, nSwish deleted all their social media accounts. The reason for this was somewhat unclear, though they had mentioned a desire to quit in a couple of their videos, and it is unclear whether this measure is temporary or permanent. Afterwards, their Geometry Dash account mysteriously posted, 'cheated'. This post sparked suspicions and speculation about whether nSwish might be a hacker. However, the post got deleted. Two new posts appeared, revealing that someone had hacked their account using a leaked password. Another individual likely had access to nSwish's account and deleted the post from the other hacker. The two posts cleared up the confusion, and that individual apologised for the behaviour presented.
After that situation, nSwish posted a new message on their Geometry Dash account, saying,
“hi guys. i did not cheat in the game or cheat on my wife lol. im doing fine btw. deleting everything was a personal choice that i stand by~ nSwish
On 9 March 2024, nSwish's Geometry Dash account was hacked again. The hacker posted misinformation about nSwish's departure, used bots to spam levels and comment sections with scams, and wiped the profile stats. Two days later, the account returned to normal. However, nSwish's comments and unrated levels were deleted, with the Extreme Demon level Rage left standing. Furthermore, all the comments from Rage after its last update were deleted.
Comeback
[edit | edit source]On 29 March 2025, nSwish resurfaced,[12] revealing that they are alive and well despite deleting most of their social media accounts. They have no plans to make a committed return to Geometry Dash full-time but have checked out Update 2.2 and are currently playing for fun.[13]
On 8 June 2025, The Dasher Podcast YouTube channel hosts made an interview with nSwish, where they explained in more detail their backstory, reason for quitting, and how they were feeling about beating more and more Extreme Demons.[14]
On 29 March 2025, nSwish resurfaced on Twitter, stating that they will not be returning to top play. However, on 1 July 2025, they announced that their PC was set up, as well as teasing a new hardest.[15] They streamed a day later, playing levels such as Nullscapes and Anathema.
On 12 March 2026, nSwish did a 25-86% run on Slaughterhouse.[16] However, they are not sure if they are going to beat the level, as, according to nSwish, it does not feel as a hardest.
On 15 April 2026, nSwish created their new YouTube channel, on which they have started uploading videos two days after that. On 19 April 2026, nSwish officially announced their next hardest Demon as Sinister Silence.[17] As of 21 April 2026, they managed to get runs of 49%,[18] then 79% the next day.[19] If nSwish completed the level, it would be their new hardest after many years, as well as their first List Demon since Promethean.
On 2 May 2026, the popular Geometry Dash content creator Vernosis interviewed nSwish on their birthday.[20]
On 4 May 2026, in a reply of the first post on their new YouTube channel, nSwish responded that they had dropped Sinister Silence.[21] On 22 June, they beat Sapphire Angel,[22] and a day later, they beat chrome hearts, becoming their sixth hardest completion.[23]

Trivia
[edit | edit source]- nSwish has garnered over 2,500 subscribers on their new YouTube channel.[24]
- On 7 or 8 May 2026, nSwish changed their YouTube channel name from fluffybunnybear to nSwish.
- nSwish's name primarily came from combining their real name's first initial and the word 'swish', referring to basketball, the sport they played in high school.
- The first three letters of the name coincidentally represent all three of nSwish's initials, NSW. They would initially go by NSWish before switching to nSwish.
- nSwish once had the lowest attempt count for any of the victors of Zodiac, with around 25,000 (includes pre-practising—their attempt count without this would be around 18,000). This record now belongs to Luqualizer, with around 5,800 attempts.
- nSwish did a face reveal after reaching 1,000 subscribers on YouTube, although this video has since been deleted.
- nSwish beat Ithacropolis as their 100th Extreme Demon on 12 November 2019, making them the fifth person to have ever reached 100 Extreme Demons after iNeo, Kainite, Rainstorm, and Technical.[25]
- nSwish was the first victor of the official version of Kenos, verified by npesta.
- Before their decision not to beat Killbot, nSwish uploaded a joke video claiming that they beat the level, but it was them crashing at 69% on PP.
- nSwish privatised their Rage verification video because they had a face-cam in it and felt insecure about their face on the internet at the time.
- nSwish once had the highest streak of consecutive list levels completed at once (76), but they lost it after Cold Sweat was added at #7.
- nSwish was banned on the in-game Leaderboards due to having openly hacked various Map Pack levels.[26]
- After over 18 months of being the #1 player on Pointercrate's Individual Stats Viewer, nSwish got dethroned by RG, who became the new #1 player, on 10 October 2021.
- nSwish reached 50,000 subscribers on their YouTube channel on 17 December 2021.
- nSwish's completion of Hard Machine on 2 June 2022 makes it their new hardest Demon after almost two years since they had beaten Tartarus. Ironically, when they beat Hard Machine, the level was not only placed below Tartarus, but nSwish even believed it was overrated, since it was placed at #6. However, they believed it should be between Zodiac (#10) and Kenos (#12).
- Moreover, nSwish's 9,404 attempts for beating Hard Machine are one of the lowest attempts in the current time for beating a new hardest Demon on the Demonlist, since most times, the attempt count was higher than 15,000.
- nSwish's submission was not accepted by the Demonlist's moderator due to the angle of the video, which did not show the icon half the time. Despite this, everyone considered their completion legit because of their heritage.
- Moreover, nSwish's 9,404 attempts for beating Hard Machine are one of the lowest attempts in the current time for beating a new hardest Demon on the Demonlist, since most times, the attempt count was higher than 15,000.
- nSwish's completion of Sonic Wave Infinity makes them the only victor of Sonic Wave Infinity who also beat Sonic Wave when it was at #1 on the Demonlist.
- The default ball of nSwish's texture pack was officially added to Geometry Dash in Update 2.2, requiring 135,000 attempts to unlock it.
- nSwish has believed that completing a level in noclip accuracy does not count as a true completion.[27] The post most likely refers to SeptaGon7, who accidentally verified the old version of Orochi and then had to rebeat it, as their completion was not seen as a legitimate one.
